A list of sections in an act is vital for clarity and structure in legal interpretation. It organizes the law into specific topics, making it easier for legal professionals and the public to navigate. Each section focuses on distinct legal matters, ensuring precise reference points for applying the law. By categorizing rights, duties, and procedures, the list guides proper legal actions and strengthens accountability.
